Processing & Shipping 

Most orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days from the date your order ships, however, due to COVID the shipping carriers may be experiencing abnormal delays. We appreciate your patience.

We now offer international shipping to Canada. Shipping can take up to 3 weeks due to COVID.

Small Batch Production

All of our products are produced in small batches so quantities are limited. If an item is out of stock, there is no guarantee it will be back in stock. 

 

Returns Info

 

Domestic (US):

If you would like to return your item please email customerservice@smlxldirect.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your item.

International:

We do not offer any returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.

Damaged or Missing Items:

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often. Regardless of your shipment country, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, no need to worry, we’ll make sure you are taken care of. For the fastest resolution, please send us a photo at customerservice@smlxldirect.com showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item and the order number. A request for replacement needs to be made within seven (7) days of receiving the purchase.

Please note, sale items, items that ship direct from manufacture and items made on-demand are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
